Priced around your business, not a rate card
No two businesses hand over the same work, so we don’t sell the same package to everyone. Choose the type of support that fits, then we agree the price on a short call once we understand what you need.
- Free call, no obligation
- Written proposal before any work
- Start small, scale when ready
A fixed package makes you pay for work you don’t need, or leaves out the work you do. We would rather spend 30 minutes understanding your business and quote for exactly that.
Three plans. One question: what does your business need?
Every plan includes one point of contact, priorities agreed in writing and regular progress updates. What changes is the shape of the work.

Six things we look at before quoting
Knowing these in advance helps you get an accurate proposal faster, and shows you where you can adjust scope to fit your budget.
- Areas coveredOne area, such as follow-ups, or several handled together.
- Volume and frequencyHow many tasks, posts, enquiries or updates each week or month.
- Complexity and skillsRoutine admin is priced differently from design, web or research work.
- Turnaround expectationsSame-day responses need different planning than weekly batches.
- Tools and set-upWhether we work inside your systems or set up simple ones for you.
- Reporting depthA short weekly summary, or detailed reports on numbers and results.
How you get your price
- 01
Book a 30-minute call
Pick a time, or message us on WhatsApp. No preparation needed beyond a rough idea of what is taking your time.
- 02
We map your workload
What is on your plate, what matters most, how often it happens and what a good result looks like to you.
- 03
You get a written proposal
Scope, deliverables, update rhythm and price, in plain language. No hidden extras and no fine print to decode.
- 04
You decide
Ask questions, adjust the scope or go ahead. Work starts only once you have agreed to the proposal.
What you are actually paying for
The price of support is only half the comparison. The other half is everything you pay for without seeing it on an invoice.
| Hidden cost | Hiring an employee | Several freelancers | Fitma |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recruitment and onboarding | Weeks of hiring, then training | Re-briefing each new person | One call, then a written plan |
| Paying when work is quiet | Full salary every month | Minimums and rush fees | Scope set to your real workload |
| Your time managing the work | Daily supervision | You coordinate everyone | One contact, regular updates |
| Skills across admin, marketing and web | Usually one skill set | One skill per freelancer | Several areas, one team |
| Cover for leave and turnover | Work stops | Start again with someone new | Continuity is our responsibility |
Know what your time is worth
Two minutes with the Delegation Calculator tells you how many hours you could hand off and what they are worth. Bring the number to your call and compare it with your proposal.
Use the free calculatorWhy doesn’t Fitma publish prices?
Because a fixed price list would either charge you for work you don’t need or leave out work you do. We price the scope your business actually has, so you only pay for what moves it forward.
Is the pricing call free?
Yes. The call is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. You leave with a clearer picture of what to hand off, whether or not you work with us.
What will I receive after the call?
A written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, how and when you receive updates, and the price. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
Can I start small and grow later?
Yes. Many businesses begin with one area, such as follow-ups or website updates, and add more once they have seen the work delivered. The plan is reviewed as your needs change.
What if my workload changes from month to month?
Ongoing support is planned around monthly priorities, so the focus can shift when your business does. If the volume changes significantly, we revisit the scope with you before anything changes in price.
