How do I calculate how much my time is worth?
Divide the income you want your work to generate in a year by the hours you work in a year (hours per week × working weeks). For example, 120,000 ÷ 2,160 hours ≈ 55.6 per hour.
What tasks should I delegate first?
Start with recurring, time-consuming tasks that don’t need your specific expertise, such as inbox management, scheduling, social media posting, customer follow-ups and data entry.
